Florian reimagines Austrian classics with a contemporary touch, with local ingredients, surprising modern accents, and a genuine feel for tradition. Six evenings a week, you can dine à la carte at our restaurant in Grossarl on dishes shaped by the region and the season. On Sunday, the kitchen takes a rest – and the evening is yours to dine wherever your heart desires!

On Sundays, when the PfandlWerk restaurant is closed, the terrace takes on a different role: a setting for relaxed culinary get-togethers. The wood-fired oven glows, small dishes are passed around, and selected drinks are included. What is usually a restaurant in Grossarl becomes, for one evening, a place where guests take on the role of hosts and the night unfolds in easy companionship.

New name, same warm welcome

Hotel Gratz is now Ziach & Candy. And yes, there’s a bit of a love story behind the name. A nod to Florian’s music that keeps spirits high in the evenings. To Daniela’s cakes and sweet treats that make afternoons that little bit better. To Maria and Sepp, who started it all. And to you, because you keep coming back to see us. The name may have changed, but the heart of the place hasn’t – still right here in the middle of the Großarltal valley.
