Evenings: Austrian classics with a contemporary touch

Florian gives classic Austrian dishes a modern touch. Alongside the regular menu, you can look forward to a daily set menu with a starter or soup, a choice of two main courses, and a dessert. This is available as part of our half board offer as well as à la carte, and individual courses can also be ordered separately. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are an established part of the menu, and for us, regionality means short distances and the very best quality. That is what sustainability tastes like.

New name, same warm welcome

Hotel Gratz is now Ziach & Candy. And yes, there’s a bit of a love story behind the name. A nod to Florian’s music that keeps spirits high in the evenings. To Daniela’s cakes and sweet treats that make afternoons that little bit better. To Maria and Sepp, who started it all. And to you, because you keep coming back to see us. The name may have changed, but the heart of the place hasn’t – still right here in the middle of the Großarltal valley.
