From 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the CandyBar is the place to spend the day’s sweeter moments. Daniela bakes, creates, and fills the display counter with everything butter, sugar, and flour can become in the right hands. At our café in Grossarl, her range extends from savoury traybakes and beautiful tarts to delicate patisserie. Macarons sit alongside apple crumble cake, éclairs alongside pralines. There is room here for both worlds – the familiar and the unexpected. And, of course, for a cup of really good coffee.
